PTZ
Phenothiazine is a radical scavenger which can be used at high temperatures and under oxygen free conditions. Allessa is the worlds largest producer. Phenothiazine derivatives are available upon request.
Advantages of Prills versus Flakes:
-Uniform particle size gives improved solubility in acrylic acid and acrylate production.
-Greater bulk density liberates more storage space.
-Spherical shape and low dust content significantly reduce sticking of material.
-Less to none sticking properties result in easier handling and a better dosage control while feeding the production unit.
-Significant reduction in the dust. Prills leave our production dust free. A small amount of dust is nevertheless caused during transportation due to mechanical abrasion.
